Possessing a BA in Women’s and Gender Studies and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology, Alex is committed to creating acceptance for the challenging aspects of life while identifying strategies to align with one’s core values. Specializing in Racial Trauma Therapy and Integrative Primary Care and Behavioral Health, she works with individuals, couples, and families, offering both in-person and online sessions.
As a wife and foster mom, Alex brings a personal touch to her practice and recognizes that we all hold identities that are vital to our functioning. In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching true crime shows, dancing at silent discos, and taking walks in her neighborhood during warmer weather. Whatever your beliefs about therapy and your desire for wholeness, Alex welcomes you into a therapeutic space where authenticity and healing coexist.
